CERCLA Process
Cleaning up the Paducah site involves numerous decisions, which are captured in various types of decision documents. These documents reflect the binding agreement among DOE, the U.S. EPA, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Before cleanup in Paducah is completed, decisions will have been made on at least 30 significant projects.
